FAQ, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Do you offer cancellations or refunds?

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please understand that once an item ships, the order cannot be cancelled. Please also be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

How do I track my package?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by reaching out to our customer support
desk at support@sansacostashoes.com . We are available 24-7 and you will receive a reply soon. We strive for excellent customer support, but depending on the time of year we may take longer in processing requests.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped usually in 2-5 days.  Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 12 business days for United States and Canada. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. We work diligently with our manufacturers to get your shoes to you as soon as possible. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, most of our products ship worldwide.

Are your Designer-Inspired shoes authentic designer-brand shoes?

No. Products identified as “Designer-Inspired” are not represented or sold as authentic merchandise manufactured, authorized, or endorsed by the original designer or luxury brand.

What does “Designer-Inspired” mean?

“Designer-Inspired” means the style draws inspiration from current luxury fashion trends, aesthetics, silhouettes, colors, or design concepts. These products are sourced from independent manufacturers and are offered as alternatives for customers who enjoy high-fashion looks at more accessible prices.

Why are your prices much lower than the designer's price?

Designer luxury goods can retail for hundreds or thousands of dollars. Our Designer-Inspired products are independently sourced and are not the designer-brand merchandise sold at those retail prices. This allows us to offer fashion-forward styles at significantly different price points.

Is Sansa Costa affiliated with the designer brands?

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, Sansa Costa is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by the designer brands that may have inspired a particular style.

How do I know what I am purchasing?

Please review the individual product description before ordering. When an item is identified as Designer-Inspired, you should understand that you are purchasing an independently sourced fashion product and not an authentic product from the referenced designer brand.
