SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer FREE shipping ALWAYS.  All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping time to the continental United States is 2-10 business days.  Special/custom made orders will require additional manufacturing and shipping time. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. Once your order is packaged for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, and another confirmation email once the package has been delivered.


TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. 

MISSING PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, the delivery carrier will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen.

REFUSED/RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package is refused or returned because it was undeliverable you will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us for it to be resent back to you. This also applies to packages returned because of an invalid address/name. You are responsible for providing us with correct shipping information. 

***Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for any lost, theft or undeliverable packages. 

Shipping & Delivery Policy – Theft & Loss After Delivery

Sansa Costa is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier—based on delivery confirmation, tracking records, and/or GPS scan data—ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer. Theft occurring after delivery, including packages stolen from porches, mailrooms, or common areas, is not covered by Sansa Costa or the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring a secure delivery location. For high-risk delivery areas, we strongly recommend selecting delivery options that include signature confirmation or arranging delivery to a secure location.

If a package is believed to be stolen after delivery, customers should file a police report and contact the carrier directly. Sansa Costa may, at its discretion, offer store credit or other goodwill accommodations; however, such accommodations do not constitute an admission of liability and do not entitle the customer to a refund or replacement.

Chargebacks filed for orders confirmed as delivered may be disputed using carrier delivery confirmation and transaction records.
