The spread of COVID-19 virus and the ongoing efforts to contain it as well as the current conflict within the EU have significantly impacted commerce across the world. Sansa Costa Shoes recognizes there is a potential for delayed shipments and increased shipping timeframes, globally. We appreciate your patience during this time and recommend that you communicate directly with us to discuss options around your purchase and shipment prior to filing a claim.
Once your order is processed and packaged for shipment, we engage one of our carriers and provide you with a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Your shoes will be shipped to you via free expedited shipping. You will usually receive your order within 10 days after processing is complete.
All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. This is the time necessary to communicate your order to the manufacturer. Keep in mind that orders processed through Sezzle and Klarna will be processed after your installment plan is confirmed, usually within 1-3 days. Many times your shoes are made to order especially for you from our manufacturers in Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe so we ask that you please be patient with processing.
Please make sure your billing and shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout including a valid phone number. In the event that your information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, the delivery carrier will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen.
If your package is refused or returned because it was undeliverable you will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us for it to be resent back to you. This also applies to packages returned because of an invalid address/name. You are responsible for providing us with correct shipping information.
