Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Not 100% satisfied? We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sansacostashoes.com. If your return is accepted, we will arrange with you to return the item to the manufacturer at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds must be fully completed within 30 days.

Cancellations

We are only able to cancel your order within 24 hours after it has been placed. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. An order cancelled after 24 hours of purchase may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus return shipping cost if applicable and a 10% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Clearance

***PLEASE NOTE: All items marked “Clearance” are items that we are clearing from our inventory and offered at deep discounts. Clearance products are excluded from coupon codes and promotional offers. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.***
